Alex was great - I booked the tour last minute and he was quick to respond. He was engaging and knowledgeable. In just a few hours we covered a lot of ground and discussed history and culture as I saw the city.
Alex was extremely knowledgeable about Hanoi and engaged my husband in his many questions regarding the Viet Nam war. Also, Alex recommended a show at the Tuong Theatre that we look forward to seeing tonight. We toured the Citadel, history museum, browsed the Old Quarter and stopped for a coffee. Great time in the city.
Alex is a fantastic tour guide. He made our time with him extremely enjoyable and informative. He turned up bang on time and drove us in a nice car to all our points of interest. He answered all our questions (I have a great memory for statistics and already knew lots about the city and it's history) to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Alex.
