ITINERARY

AM7.30: Meet and greet by local guide and driver at Halong pier, enjoy 2.5 hours of driving to Hanoi with stunning lanscapes, green paddy fields and limestone moutain range.

AM 10.00: Arrive Hanoi, begin the Shore Excursion tour by visitting Hochiminh Complex, including historic Hochiminh’s Mausoleum, Stilt House, a simple traditional Thai house, where Hochiminh lived and worked in his last lifetime and One Pillar Pagoda

Next attraction in Hanoi is Temple of Literature, a Confucius Temple built in 1070 and Quoc Tu Giam – the first University of Vietnam. Enjoy the peaceful and historic landscape while the local guide introduces about Confucianism and Vietnam Education system under feudal dynasties.

After lunch, continue to see the B-52 wreckage lake. where still remain a part of B52 bomber in the middle of Hanoi city, an evidence of US failure in the Vietnam War

Hoa lo prison or Maison Centrale is a symbol of strong will of Vietnamese prisoners and their sacrifice for the Communist ideals. The prison also famous during the Vietnam War as a place prisoned American ‘s POW, and named as Hanoi Hilton hotel by American Pilots

PM3.30: Take a cyclo tour through the Old Quarter to enjoy the bustling local life, experience at local market, the maze of facinating backstreet with many narrow, long houses, considered as ” tube house”.
